In order to increase our international and cross..country team, our UAE subsidiary is looking for an Office Manager for Middle East and Poland, based in Dubai. - The candidate has the opportunity to integrate in a young international group which knows a quick growing through Europe and MENA region, with interesting opportunities to develop your career on different positions. - Responsibilities: - - Able to travel to Italy and Poland for 20% ..25% of the working time - Support the Group in the departments of: Finance, Legal, HR and Marketing - Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence - Trip and agenda organization for the Country Manager and Vice Country Manager - Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; - Manage relationships with external providers [Bank, Authorities, vendors, service providers, landlord, etc.] ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time - Implement, manage and maintain record keeping, confidential personnel files, purchasing and inventory control systems - Manage office equipment, maintenance and service contracts and systems - Assist with Human Resources management: design and implement policies and procedures, manage benefits administration, recruitment, orientation and training of staff - Maintains office staff by recruiting [job posting, meeting candidates for interviews, testing the candidates], selecting and orienting employees - Organizing induction programs for new employees - Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date - Record office expenditure and manage the budget - Management of various payments [wages, expenses notes, contractors bills] - Maintain and update the bookkeeping - Maintain the relation with the auditor - إداري المحاسبة الموارد البشرية إدارة المكاتب - In order to increase our international and cross..country team, our UAE subsidiary is looking for an Office Manager for Middle East and Poland, based in Dubai. - The candidate has the opportunity to integrate in a young international group which knows a quick growing through Europe and MENA region, with interesting opportunities to develop your career on different positions. - Responsibilities: - - - - Experience and Requirements: - 1..3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Secretary - Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures - Knowledge of basic accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures - Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures - Experience working with a diverse, multicultural population considered an asset - Desired Skills : - Strong communication skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure and multi..task without supervision - Ability to take initiative, problem solve, and make decisions within job scope - Planning and Organization - Proactive - Computer skills and knowledge of Office software packages - Proficiency in English - Polish language is [email protected]
