Call Center Customer Support Executive .. Kurdish speaker - Location: Sharjah - Salary AED 5000 - JOB RESPONSIBILITES - Performs Customer Services - Handle all inbound calls, emails and requests, both online and offline - Provide welcome call to newly purchased IRs and After Sales Calls to the existing customers. - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution - Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise - Identify all ongoing customer needs, substitute sales, product promotion, incentive promos and company events. - خدمة العملاء مركز التواصل دعم العملاء - Call Center Customer Support Executive ..
