Job Summary: - Leads direct sales and business development to accounts in designated segment, including building solid relationships with engineering firms and customers, as well as leading, supervising, and motivating a distributor network involved in selling, installing, and servicing company products. Generates and maintains sufficient sales volume to meet or exceed established quotas while operating within an established budget. - Major Responsibilities: - Contact customers and prospects within assigned sales territory for the purpose of developing sales opportunities. - Responsible for technical business development with engineering firms, working to spec FGS products into potential projects, work collaboratively to secure applications details to facilitate recommending the proper product for each project and application. - Guides distributors, contractors and customers concerning product applications; responsible for ascertaining to a high degree of confidence that contractors and customers are adequately training to properly install products; conducts seminars; makes technical presentations; performs product usage and installation demonstrations - Searches for new product applications and reports discoveries; - Investigates product complaints, writes reports and assists customers and distributors in finding satisfactory solutions to sales and service problems; - Remains current in knowledge of competitive activities, including product lines, pricing, services and market penetration; reports significant activities to management; - Coordinates handling of special orders, quotas, shipments, material returns, and related matters with the customer service supervisor; - Assists in establishing a realistic sales quota for the assigned geography; generates and maintains sales volume to meet or exceed established quota; prepares sales forecasts; - Supervises personnel [as assigned] - Other duties as assigned. - Qualifications: - Qualifications: - Bachelor s Degree [4 Yrs.] in an Engineering Discipline [Mechanical or Chemical] or Physical Science. - Minimum 5 years working experience in technical sales & business development [preferably for composite products]. - Valid driver s license and a history of safe driving. - Ability to be away from home for multiple days/nights, including international travel - Strong English communication skills both written and spoken; Arabic and other languages are a plus. - مبنى العلوم الإشراف قيادة الشعب تطوير الاعمال - Job Summary: - Leads direct sales and business development to accounts in designated segment, including building solid relationships with engineering firms and customers, as well as leading, supervising, and motivating a distributor network involved in selling, installing, and servicing company products.
