PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Management of the proposals teams for rig equipment and packages, mission products, applications engineering and inside sales to ensure delivery of quality proposals to the customer on timely manner and thorough oversight and responsibility of handover process to order management/ project management and operations teams - Leading and directing the timely production of professional quality Technical bids for project rig packages which include the following: - Identify and understand what NOV customers need relative to rig package projects - Communicate with and understand the needs of NOV s worldwide sales staff - Develop action plan for construction of rig package proposals - Identify resources and delegate responsibilities to various NOV work groups and external vendors - Lead and direct technical meetings and discussions - Account for all NOV costs and delivery times associated with rig packages - Work with NOV Management to determine commercial aspects of rig packages - Assemble and verify accuracy of complete proposal - Understand and improve internal processes - Perform other work..related tasks as assigned - Comply with all NOV company and HSE procedures and policies. - Qualifications: - Minimum of bachelor s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Petroleum engineering. Sales // Inside Sales or Proposals experience required.
