1. Target Micro clients as well as SME[s] for selling Company products. - 2. Liaise with the bank s Sales BC to ensure Onboarding of the referred merchants to the bank is complete [TMS Registration, A/C opening if necessary..etc.]. - 3. Submission of weekly report for all generated sales. - 4. Handles the contracts renewal of the targeted merchants. - 5. Use Geidea Portal [EPOS] to check ticket status and ensure referral category is flagged correctly for invoicing. - Follow the Bank regulations and Geidea policy: - 1. Committing to maintain the highest degree of integrity in all our dealings with Bank. - 2. Maintain an excellent and professional image of Geidea with the Bank. This includes and not limited to disclosure of any Geidea policies, processes & procedures. - 3. Pursue approval from Geidea before carrying out instructions from bank. - 4. Notify & inform Geidea Relationship Manager via email for All Bank concern immediately. - 5. Support Relationship Manager to achieve Bank expectation and high quality for all provided services. - Day to day task: - 1. Handling day to day tasks as instructed by Sales TL. - 2. Call Merchant and close deals as soon as possible in accordance The set SLA. - 3. Call back Customer related request, to ensure they are solved on time. - 4. Immediately report, and no later than one hour, an SLA breach to Geidea Regional and/or Support Manager via email and follow up with an immediate phone call. - 5.
