Our Client: - A market leader in their industry is looking for RSM. - Your Role: - You should have led a team, should have the proven ability to manage operations and formulate the glide path for the business for the future. Industry experience could be from consumer goods // FMCG // consumer electronics, retail, lubricants, chemicals.... as long as there is a substantial experience in Business to Customer channel and in managing Van operations. These are a few areas that would be key for the incumbent to drive...Regionals sales strategy while leading a team of Sales Supervisors. Focus being on delivering the volume targets, maintaining trade marketing standards and driving the region s distribution productivity and efficiency. Identifying growth opportunities and enabling teams to deliver to the same.
