Our Client: - Our client a mid..tier FMCG organization is looking for a seasoned professional to add value to their current business. - Your Role: - You would come from a strong direct distribution model , should have led a substantial team, should have the proven ability to manage operations and formulate the glide path for the business for the future. Leading a sales force and van sales operations across the Kingdom you need to be able to optimize, create efficiencies, build the capability of the team, work closely with the modern trade customer to drive value added work and gain market share. A few areas that would be key for the incumbent to drive.... - Distribution Management Optimize, review and ramp up the current operations to drive weighted & numeric distribution. Business Development Identify growth opportunities, align teams to deliver to the same. Astute professional who carries not only operational excellence but the ability to put strategy plans together as well.
