The Organization: - Our client is a diversified investment company with entities in hospitality, healthcare, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals and other industries. The group is headed by an internationally well..known Indian family. - They are urgently hiring an HR Executive to be based at their corporate office in Abu Dhabi, UAE. - Duties & Responsibilities: - Our client is urgently hiring an HR Executive to be based at their corporate office in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in secretarial support and HR, mainly in recruitment spectrum such as screening of CVs, summarizing CVs, maintain database, update tracker, filing of CVs including feedbacks received, coordination and follow ups, contacting candidates etc. - This role will require to directly deal with the Chairman with regards to CVs being received, summarizing and updating him on each CVs received and accordingly undertake follow up actions. Hence, the candidate should be presentable, possess excellent communications & interpersonal skills, should be available locally and ready to join immediately. - Skills & Competencies: - Excellent communications & interpersonal skills; - Proven working knowledge and experience in MS Office Applications such as MS word, MS excel and MS powerpoint; - Demonstrated typing proficiency of at least 50 words..per..minute with accuracy; - Highly organized and excellent support skills; - Able to adapt quickly, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize; - Proactive and attention to detail; - Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines; - Ability to handle confidential and sensitive material - Education & Qualifications: - MBA in HR or similar; - Proven experience of working in a similar role in assisting top level persons in a corporate set up mainly in recruitment; - 5& experience in similar role, recruitment experience mandatory; - Currently in UAE and available to join [email protected]
