Admission Manager is responsible for evaluating the academic records of prospective student, judging standardized test scores, managing the admissions staff, and working with other school administrators in developing criteria, tests, and policies. Assist in developing, maintaining and executing a department s communication plan to prospective and enrolled students. Assist in preparing a marketing plan that promotes the college's visibility and general recruitment efforts. develop and monitor statistical records to be able to improve recruitment strategies, yield management, forecasting, and overall operational efficiency. - as admission manager you are assigned to attend recruitment related events and be the institution s representative. Providing information to prospective students and their parents about the college and its enrollment policies are also done by college admissions managers. They make sure they meet the enrollment goals in a target area. - - perform evaluation and implement admission guidelines on applicant files. In some instances, the college admissions manager works hand in hand with the college's registrar and financial aid department. To lead and manage the design and delivery of Student and Admission Services across the student life..cycle: from student acquisition to graduation. - 2. To lead and manage the Admission's operational strategy, including systems and process review and the consideration of physical and human resource needs. - 3. To lead, develop and manage staff within the Admission and ensure a professional working environment that enables staff to develop. - 4. To keep abreast of developments and sector norms in admission services, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures in response to internal strategic priorities and external factors. - 5. To assist with the management and administration of serious case review, acting as a casework officer where required [Appeals, complaints, misconduct, disciplinarians, extenuating circumstances]. - 6. To act as member of relevant MACHS committees and working groups and act as Secretary to key MACHS Committees [academic and corporate] as required. - 7. To act as line manager to admission staff: motivating and managing the team on a daily basis; managing all staffing issues within the team; planning and carrying out staff induction, training and performance review; being actively involved in the recruitment of new staff; and developing a culture and infrastructure that facilitates an [email protected]
