Job Title: Architecture Technical Office Engineer
We are looking for an experienced and qualified architecture technical office engineer to join our team and work on various projects in the field of architecture and engineering. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing technical drawings, specifications, calculations, reports, and other documents related to the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and structures. You will also coordinate with other engineers, architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure the quality and accuracy of the technical deliverables.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, or related field
At least 10 years of relevant work experience in the technical office of an architecture or engineering firm
Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
Knowledge of building codes, standards, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
Fluent in English and Arabic languages Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, calculations, reports, and other documents related to the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and structures
Coordinate with other engineers, architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure the quality and accuracy of the technical deliverables
Provide technical support and guidance to the project team and resolve any technical issues or queries
Monitor and control the progress and quality of the technical office work
Update and maintain the technical office records and documentation
Research and implement new technologies and methods to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the technical office work
Attend meetings and site visits as required
