Job Vacancy: Dumper Driver

Capstone Contracting, one of the UAE’s leading contracting companies, is looking for an experienced dumper driver to join our project sites across the UAE.

Requirements:

Minimum [2-3] years of proven experience driving dumpers on construction or earthmoving projects
Valid UAE heavy equipment/heavy vehicle license (preferred), or ability to pass a practical test
Ability to load, haul, and unload materials (soil, sand, aggregates, debris) safely
Familiarity with site roads, ramps, and working alongside excavators and loaders
Knowledge of routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance
Commitment to health and safety (HSE) rules at all times
Professional, disciplined, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Willing to work at different project sites
